Security Roles

The Security feature allows you to grant or restrict access to certain areas within Membership and Operations that may contain sensitive information. You can create security roles to determine which of your employees can view, create, modify, or perform overrides in these areas.

Security roles are divided into sections that are associated with Membership and Operations modules such as Employee, Inventory, Members, POS, and Scheduling. Within each section are individual security functions. Each function controls the ability to perform a specific action.
