Cancel Pending POS Transaction Reason Codes

The Cancel Pending POS Transaction reason code type has four system default reason codes. (System default reason codes cannot be modified or selected by club staff.)

You can create additional reason codes to accommodate your club's needs. For more information see, Reason Codes.

These reason codes are described in the following table.

System Default Reason Code	Used by the System When...
Agreement in queue	The agreement is still in the queue.
Agreement removed from queue	The agreement is removed from the queue.
Cancelled by user	The Pending POS transaction is canceled.
Paid	The Pending POS transaction is paid.
