Activities

Activities on this tab can be filtered by status (Active or Inactive).

Click Create Activity to open the Add Activity dialog and make a new activity for the member.

Click a listed activity to edit it.

 

Add Activity

Complete the following fields to add an activity:

• Name (Callback, Tour, Trial Pass) (required)
• Description
• Priority Level (required)
• Scheduled Date
• Status (Not Started, Started, Done, or Reschedule) (required)
• Completed Date
• Note

Newly added activities will have a status of Active by default.
