About this Release

In this release, we made improvements in the following areas:

 

All Engagement Products

The following improvement applies to all Engagement products (Go, Connect, Coach, and Total App).

Member Self-Cancels

Previously, members who canceled their agreements using the Engagement app received an error if they did not provide a payment method even if nothing was owed (for example, if the member had an open-ended plan with no Past Due amount and no Cancellation Fee).

The error message states: Unable to cancel. Invalid agreement number or member. An example of the error is shown below.

To resolve this issue, the system logic was updated to allow members to cancel without providing a payment method if $0 is due at cancellation.

 

Engagement Connect, Coach, and Total App Only

The following improvement only applies to Engagement Connect, Coach, and Total App.

Scheduling Appointments

Previously when booking an appointment, the selection button label read," Please select trainer" instead of simply "Please select."

Because members may be able to select appointments that are not trainer-related (such as Hydro Massage or Tanning), we removed the word "Trainer." Now the wording simply reads, "Please select."
