Active Agreements not Synced
Report Overview
This report displays all active member agreements that are not yet synchronized with ABC's billing system. Often, the agreements are not synced because the Electronic Agreement Entry form is not fully completed in DataTrak or the new agreement is in an agreement queue, awaiting further action. To access the agreement queue, sign on to DataTrak then open the menu and select Agreements under the Members category.
The report displays key information about member agreements that are not synced. You can view the club, member name and barcode, salesman, sign date, queue, and queue date.
